The Lions Club Pavillion was turned into Guacamole for one night — a beautiful wedding and joyous party for Victoria and Thomas. For those few who are not familiar with Pine Plains, NY, El Guacamole is the new Mexican restaurant in our town. (Victoria is its manager.)
